Game Cigars terms and conditions

The rules for buying from Game Cigars: age, orders, prices, shipping, customs and returns. Last updated October 2026.

Using the site: Game Cigars terms and conditions in short

These Game Cigars terms and conditions apply to every order placed on game-cigars.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Age

You must be 21 or older to buy from Game Cigars. By ordering, you confirm that you’re of legal age to buy tobacco where you live and where the order is delivered. We may cancel any order if we have reason to believe the buyer is under age.

Products and prices

Every product is sold as one sealed box, as described in its name and on its page. Prices are in US dollars. Some packs carry a printed store price from the maker, such as 2 for $1.29; the price you pay is the box price shown on our site. We work hard to keep prices and descriptions accurate, and if we find an error after you order we’ll contact you before shipping.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. Code WELCOME15 gives $15 off a first order and can be used once per customer. Paying with crypto gives an extra discount, shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if payment fails or the delivery address is in a place where we can’t ship tobacco.

Shipping and customs

Shipping is free on every order. Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier. For international orders, you’re responsible for knowing and following your country’s rules on importing tobacco, including quantity limits, duties and taxes. If customs seizes or returns a parcel because of local rules, we can’t offer a refund.

Returns

For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened tobacco products. If a box arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email sales@game-cigars.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll put it right.

Liability

Tobacco products are harmful to health. Game Cigars isn’t liable for any misuse of the products we sell. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live.

Tobacco laws we follow

Under these Game Cigars terms and conditions we sell to adults 21 and over, in line with the US federal Tobacco 21 law. International buyers can check import rules with their own customs service, for example the GOV.UK guide to goods sent from abroad.
