Where we ship from and to

Game Cigars is based in the USA and ships to US addresses and worldwide. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. If you’re ordering from outside the US and want to check something about customs before you buy, ask us; we can tell you what is in the box and how it’s packed, which helps when you check your country’s tobacco rules.

What to include in your message

For an order question, give us the order number and the email you used at checkout. For a product question, paste the product name or link. If something arrived damaged, attach a photo of the box and the label; that lets us sort it out in one reply instead of three.

Before you write: common Game Cigars questions

A lot of questions are answered on the product pages, which list the flavor, the count and the price per stick. Shipping guides for the US, Canada, Europe and Australia cover delivery and customs.
