Game cigars honey: Honey, Honey (Gold), Honey Dip boxes

Game cigars honey is the warm, mellow sweet flavor with no fruit in it. Game packs it in a gold pouch, which is why so many people ask for “Game Gold”. There’s also Honey Dip, a bakery take on honey that tastes like a honey-glazed donut. We stock both in foil, Foil Fresh and Vega boxes.

What Game cigars honey taste like

Honey (Gold) is Game’s honey flavor, sold in the gold pouch. It’s warm and mellow, with the honey clear on the lips and no fruit in the mix. Honey Dip is a bakery take on honey: think honey-glazed donut, sweeter and a touch more sugary than the plain Honey (Gold). Honey goes well with black tea or a bourbon.

Which Game cigars honey box to buy

For the classic, take the Honey (Gold) 60-count foil box. The Vega Honey (Gold) 2 for 99¢ is the cheapest per stick. If you want the sweeter bakery version, choose the Honey Dip foil box or the Vega Honey Dip 2 for $1.29.

Honey vs Sweet Aromatic

Both are sweet without fruit. Honey is warmer and more golden; Sweet Aromatic is milder with a pleasant room note and comes on natural leaf. If you like one, try the other.

Who makes it

Every Game flavor is made by Garcia y Vega, a cigar company founded in 1882. The boxes we sell are sealed as they leave the maker, so the pouches you open are the same ones you’d find in a store.

Storing and smoking

Keep the box closed, at room temperature and out of the sun, and only open the pouch you’re about to smoke. Once it’s open, smoke both cigarillos within a day or two. Smoke slowly, with an easy draw every 30 seconds or so; a hot cigarillo burns the flavor off first.
