Tracking and what to do on arrival
When your order ships you’ll get an email. If the carrier asks you to pay duty or taxes before delivery, that charge comes from customs, not from us. If anything is damaged or missing, email sales@game-cigars.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll put it right.
Ordering several boxes
