Depending on the current rules, a parcel of cigarillos may need to be declared, may attract duty that’s higher than the price of the goods, or may not be allowed through at all without the right permission. If customs seizes a parcel, we can’t refund it.

Packing and delivery

Each box is sealed as it left the maker. The classic Game cigarillos are packed two to a foil pouch, which keeps them fresh through a long trip; Game Leaf boxes use foil pouches too. Delivery time depends on the destination and on customs, and you’ll get an email when your order ships.

Tracking and what to do on arrival

When your order ships you’ll get an email. If the carrier asks you to pay duty or taxes before delivery, that charge comes from customs, not from us. When the parcel arrives, check that the boxes are sealed and match your order. If anything is damaged or missing, email sales@game-cigars.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll put it right.

Ordering several boxes

You can mix any boxes in one order and it still ships free. Many customers pick two or three flavors so they have a change of taste. If you’re ordering from abroad, keep in mind that a bigger parcel can mean a bigger customs bill, so it can make sense to start with a smaller first order and see how your country handles it.
