Game Leaf Dark Rum cigarillos ship from Game Cigars as 15 foil pouches of 2, 30 cigarillos in all, at $15. That’s about 50¢ per cigarillo. The flavor is molasses sweetness and spice. Every order ships free worldwide.
How Game Leaf Dark Rum tastes
Dark Rum has a molasses-like sweetness and a spiced finish. It’s heavier than Cognac and pairs well with the darker natural leaf. On the natural leaf, the flavor sits on top of a light, earthy tobacco base, so it tastes a little less sugary than the foil Game version.
Choose it when you want molasses sweetness and spice and a pack that lasts. It pairs well with a rum and cola or black coffee.

About Game Leaf cigarillos
Game Leaf is the natural leaf branch of the Game family. Each cigarillo is wrapped in real tobacco leaf, so it looks rougher than the classic foil Game, with visible veins, and the smoke is a bit fuller. The flavor still comes through clearly, but there’s more tobacco under it. Game cigarillos come from Garcia y Vega, a cigar maker with roots going back to 1882.
How to smoke it for the best taste
Give it a few seconds after lighting before you judge the taste. The first draw mostly tastes of the flame. After that the Dark Rum note settles in. Keep your pace slow so the tip stays cool.
Game Leaf, foil or Mini: how to choose
Game sells the same flavors in several formats, and the right one depends on how you smoke. Game Leaf cigarillos use a natural tobacco leaf wrapper and taste a little more like tobacco. Game Foil Fresh cigarillos come two to a sealed foil pouch with a smooth wrapper and the flavor up front. Game Mini cigarillos are shorter, three to a pack, for a quick smoke. If you want a full cigar, the Camacho Baccarat The Game line is the step up.
How to store the box
Natural leaf dries faster than a sealed sheet wrapper once the pouch is open, so open one pouch at a time. Keep the box at room temperature, out of the sun and away from heaters or a hot car. If you buy several boxes, a sealed plastic tub with a two-way humidity pack keeps the spare pouches in good shape for months.
